User assumes and shall bear the entire risk of loss, theft, destruction, or damage of or to any part of the property (“loss or damage”) from any cause whatsoever, whether or not covered by insurance, and no such loss shall release the user of its obligations under this agreement in the event of loss or damage.  User, at the sole option of the Manager; shall repair the damage to the satisfaction of the Manager at the User’s expense.

Event coordinators are responsible for arranging for garbage disposal (i.e., dumpster rental).  In addition, event coordinators must obtain permission from the Port Commission and proper permits if alcohol or food are going to be sold at the event.  A clear separation of an area where alcohol is served is required.

Finally, items that are left at the marina will be held for the event coordinator for a period of 15 days.  Arrangements to pick up items must be made with the Manager.
